7200 Series Clean Nylon

Features
Bennett & Bennett Nylon cleanroom packaging film is the ideal answer for challenges involving toughness, cleanliness and maximum resistance to abrasion. Nylon used for cleanroom packaging is an unplasticized, FDA-approved, food-grade clear film. Nylon is a hydrophilic (water-sensitive) material; moisture acts as the plasticizer. The higher the moisture content of the film, the more flexible and rubbery it behaves. Nylon is very low in ionic contamination. Nylon offers the lowest levels of particulate count of any clean packing film.

As such, nylon is used in applications with a high sensitivity to contamination.

With its high abrasion resistance, Nylon is ideal for packing sharp or hard items that otherwise would cause a softer material to contaminate the product.

Standard items manufactured from Bennett & Bennett Nylon are clean to NASA JSCM 5322 (Level 50). Bennett & Bennett Nylon is available in widths from 2" to 60" with standard lengths of 500 and 1000 feet. Nylon bags are available in flat sizes from 2" x 1.5" to 36" x 80" (gusseted bags available by custom order only). Nylon sheets are available from 1" x 1.5" to 36" x 80". Nylon center-fold sheeting is available from 1.5" to 60" in standard 500' and 1000' lengths.

Does your specification require a nylon film with anti-static properties? Bennett & Bennett recommends Anti-Static Nylon.
