HGC-SV1 Series Heel Grounder

Reusable conductive Heel Grounders provide continuous grounding of personnel to an ESD flooring system when worn over the shoe. These heel grounders are adjustable to fit most types of shoes. Available with or without 1 megohm resistor. Ground straps provide positive contact with the body inside the shooe.

The HGC-SV1 heel grounders are made with sturdy cross-stitched construction for long life and comfortable wear. The conductive surface is field-tested to provide charge decay reliably and eliminate electrostatic build up on personnel. The inner rubber surface is non-marking and non-conductive.

Cup style adjustable heel grounder with one meg ohm resistor provides a comfortable solution for grounding mobile personnel. Soft stretch velcro assures wearer of a comfortable fit. THe durable cross linked tire grade rubber cup style heel ground provides dual wear surfaces.

SPECIFICATIONS
Heel Cup: Specially reinforced black carbon loaded rubber outside and white, insulative rubber inside. Resistivity of contact rubber is between 104 - 105 ohms
Heel Cup Size: 1.5" x 7.5"
Tab: Conductive .375" x 18" long with 1 meg ohm resistor
Resistor: Sewn-in tab assembly uses 1 megohm .25 watt chip
Ankle Adjustment Material: Stretch Velcro
Charge Decay: 5000V to technical zero in less than 2 seconds.
Meets or Exceeds: All US and European requirements.
