PERSONNEL GROUNDING 
Adjustable heel grounder with stretch back provides an economical solution for grounding mobile personnel. The heel grounder resizes in seconds with velcro strap (and D-Ring).
Bright red Spandex strap around the back of the shoe provides high visibility and user comfort
