Create either positive or negative pressure environments, depending on your needs. Achieve up to ISO 4 (Class 10) clean levels in an attractive cost effective package.

Clean-Lock cleanrooms come in all sizes from a small mini-environments to large specialized industrial applications.

The advantage of this system is modularity.

Your need for clean manufacturing space may be small at first - a 10' x 10' or a 10' x 15' may suffice. But as your needs expand, your original Clean-Lock enclosure can expand to meet that growth.

The system goes together fast and easy with a minimum amount of labor.

Installation can often be accomplished in a few hours with minimum tools.

Unique compression latching system simultaneously compresses gasketing while locking panels together, to quickly create an exceptionally sturdy air-tight space.

• Urethane closed-cell foam gaskets seal frame-to-frame connections.
• Frame construction with knock-together corners allows for replacement of individual parts.

• Lightweight aluminum frames are available in anodized clear coat or epoxy powder coat white.
